Why we made this boot
Wellington & Wren started with a simple frustration: knee-high boots that never closed. Not because of the leg wearing them, but because every boot on the shelf was cut to one calf measurement.
So we went looking. We tested shafts that sagged after a month. Heels that wobbled. Knits that looked good in photos and felt like cardboard on. We turned down more boots than we kept.
What we ended up with is the one that passed everything: a rib knit that actually stretches and holds, a sole cushioned enough for a full day, and a shaft that fits the calves the high street forgot.
One boot. That's it.
We don't run a catalogue. We sell one boot in three shades, and every decision we make goes into that one product — the knit, the sole, the sizing, the way it feels at six in the evening.
If you've spent years avoiding the knee-high aisle, this was made for you.
