Delivery times

Estimated delivery is 5–11 days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, email customer.care@wellingtonwren.com with your order number. We will help you check its progress.

Destinations and delivery charges

Available delivery destinations and any delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Please check your delivery address carefully when placing your order.

Prices and taxes

Product prices include applicable taxes. We do not add a separate tax charge to the displayed product price at checkout.

A problem with delivery?

Contact us if your parcel is missing, damaged or marked as delivered but has not reached you. We will investigate with the carrier. Your statutory rights are not affected by an estimated delivery date.
